Planning my airplane bento. / Final Product update.

I’m not even sure how the heck I’m going to pack my bento considering I have to watch over a baby bag, a stroller and a baby…but somehow I hope to have room for a bento dinner.

We leave around 2pm, and only have a 30 min. layover. Not much time to do anything for me – maybe time to change a diaper if need be. Get in at around 7pm central time. So I won’t get a second to grab dinner during layover, and I’ll be starving by the time we get there.

I’m thinking something that will stay good even though it’s not refrigerated.

But here are my ideas so far:

grilled chicken and rice

100 calorie cakesters

100 calorie berry newton crisps

100 calories milky way bar
